Hi,
At ILR interview, do they check all your income records for the 5+ years? with the tax records from the HMRC?

IMO Only if they have doubts over your paperwork. Normally if you have P60s then that's more than sufficient.

Thanks for the reply. Do they check P60s for last 03 years or all 05 years?

It varies. but i have heard that usually they want last 5 years. search the forum for P60 and you will see.

if you dont have p60's like i also do not have all the 5 years of p60, I requested HMRC to send me statement of earnings which they did in like 2 to 3 weeks time so you could call them and ask them to send it over to you.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
I have P60 for 04 years with one of that is only for few months as rest of the year I was working as a self employ. So my tax payment for that year is way low. But paid the tax with HMRC. So, in that case I may need to bring the tax returns?
Do they check the records with the HRMC during the interview?

if you get a letter from hmrc then that way it will show up everything including the payment made to hmrc for self employment so could be a better option for you as i have done that
