Salary Criteria for Tier 1 (General) - ILR

Dear All,
I have emailed UKBA regarding the salary criteria and received the following reply
Please be advised that when submitting your application for Indefinite
Leave to Remain as a Points Based System Tier 1 (General) visa holder,
you are only required to show your previous earnings in order to claim
points for previous earnings for any single, consecutive 12 month period
from the 15 months immediately before this application.
You are not required to show that your earnings are the same or higher
than when you extended your previous visa.
