My case as below
1. Came to UK on the 5th August 2004. Stayed until 5th August 2005. Had to return back to home country and didn't return until the 26th April 2006. Went to home country for my child's birth.
2. Entered UK again on the 26th April 2006 on a work permit. Dependent spouse and kid joined very soon. Was in the same visa until 12th october 2007.
3. October 2007 applied for HSMP and was approved of the same.
4. Setup a company immediately and am still operating under that company.
5. Renewed my HSMP as Tier (I) General in October 2009 with validity until 2012.
Breaks / Vacation / Travel
Considering entry point as 26th April 2006; I have been away only for 44 days in the last 5 years. But must admit, have made more than 6 trips with a max duration of 15 days. One such trip also includes a business one to the US.
Should I provide any kind of letter from my company to explain the business trip considering the fact that I haven't been away for long?
