Hello everyone
I got the visa on 01.12.2001 and entered the country 30.12.2001. Can I apply 28 days before 01.12.2011 or do I have to apply 28 days before 30.12.2011?
Thanks very much for your valuable knowledge

You may
apply for
ILR no sooner than 28 days prior to the completion of your qualifying period. There's
nothing stopping you from applying later, if your still have leave when you apply.

You may have a problem, as 20 Nov 2011 is prior to
2 Dec 2011, more than 28 days prior to the completion of your qualifying period.
Hoverer, if you make a
valid ILR
application before your leave expires, then your leave will be extended (
12) under Section
3C. If they consider your application after 2 Dec 2011, then you may be lucky (
2.2.7).
What leave do you have at the moment?

How many clarifications do you want? As already stated apply at any time between 28 days before completing 5 Yeyars and 20 Nov. You dont have to apply on the 28th day before completing 5 years, but that is just the earliset you can apply.

Oops. Please ignore my last
post. I Had mistaken Son_of_Soil for nyigan12 (OP) and thought that Son_of_Soil was applying under 10-year long residence.

i also got mixed up with OP. You have already been given the answer more than once so i dont see a need to repeat that.
Dont hijack posts. if you have queries post them in seperate post.
Why are you posting several threads with several different visa? your post below says you are on PSW.
