ILR criminal convictions CRB

HI guys
Does it mean that if you have a clean CRB check you are ok with ILR application? I have a fine of 60 pounds and 3 points awarded by court for LC20 offence but have since had 2 clear CRB checks.
Please advise

ARE YOU GOING TO MENTION THE CONVICTAION IN UR APPLIACATION .I DO HAVE A SIMILLAR CONVICTION.IM THINKING OF DISCLOSING IT IN MY APPLICATION.

Just cant get a clear answer on this one.... majority of people have been saying that a fine from court gets spent in 5 years...so basically according to that u ( and me too) cannot get ILR...but here an expert has said yes lol so its confusing now....as for crb check..traffic offences do not show on crb unless its something very serious...so a clean crb does not mean no unspent convictions (fines)...confused !!
