I am an old work permit holder

03 June 2011: Application sent to HO (Set( 0 ) including my wife as a dependent) by special delivery
06th June: HO Received my application (I tracked it)
13th June : I received acknowledgement letter from HO dated 07th June

I got my ILR 25/08/2011 (stamped 12/08/2011 Liverpool) after almost 12 weeks but there was a spelling mistake in my name and no visa stamp or letter for my wife

26/08/2011 my solicitor sent back all document to Liverpool office again where my passport stamped and also sent a complain to this address(CASE RESOLUTION DIRECTORATE CSU,ST ANNE HOUSE,20-26 WELLESLEY ROAD,CROYDON,CR0 9XB)

Liverpool office received my documents 30/08/2011(I tracked it)

what short of document did you submit with your ilr application can you give me the list.

how come they stamped ILR since you was not meeting the salary criteria.

are the rules have changed now??

3 months pay slips,4yrs p-60s,p11d(for company car)3yrs,employer letter
bank statements-5years,work permit letters,covering letter from solicitor

for my wife(cohabitation)
council tax documents
mobile phone bills
provisional driving licence counter part
bank statements
p60(think not necessary)
pay slips(think not necessary)
