We have to submit the ILR application of my father within next few months. At present he is on spouse dependant visa since my mother is british citizen.
The company where he was working has not paid the wages from last six months now since they are waiting for payment from a big client. However they have given the payslips. At the moment it is difficult to find another work therefore my father has not left the job.Another factor is that once you leave the job it would be almost impossible to recover the amount.
Will the non receipt of wages in the bank statement have a effect on our application and do we need to explain it in the application.
What are the things which needs to done while submitting the application to cover this issue.
We are thinking about same day appointment.
If anyone can help it would be very good.

You are worrying unnecessarily. There is no requirement for the holder of a spouse visa to work at all. Applicants for ILR on the spouse visa route could well have been a housewife, or househusband, since arriving in the UK. No problem.

The answer should be ..... truthful! Simple as that! If you are not working, then the answer is clearly "no".

Thanks a lot for your reply, I understand the requirement now.Think we will have to put a note to explain the situation that the wages have not been paid by the employer yet.

Can anyone please guide me about the form to be used for submitting an ILR application to home office in following case:
Applicant entered the United Kingdom alongwith his father on dependant visa to join his mother who is british citizen. At the time of entering the UK the applicant was under 18.However now he is over 18 and has to apply for indefinite leave to remain next month. Also need to confirm that how much would be the home office fees.
Can anyone please suggest the form to be used and the document which will need to be submitted.

We didn't put any prepaid envelope for returning the documents but after going through the experience of other people on this board, it seems that it is a good idea.
Has anyone sent the prepaid envelope after submitting the application? If yes then to which address does it go because the documents are not processed at the same centre where the application is submitted , as far as we know.
Anyone got an idea please reply.
