Would over 18 yrs child need to apply on SET(F) or FLR?

Hi everyone. I am not too sure whether over 18 years old child could apply directly on SET(F) form if applying by post once both the parents get ILR or should he get FLR first, and then SET(F). Presently he is on PBS dependant visa. Parents are on HSMP pre-nov and would be eligible for ILR in Dec. As for spouse I am sure its FLR first and then SET(M) but not sure about over 18 years children.
Thanks

The best advice for an over 18 dependent child is to apply together with his parents, but on a separate SET(O) form. (Meaning the child needs to pay a full application fee.)
Regarding "As for spouse I am sure its FLR first and then SET(M)" I am not sure what you mean by this... If a married couple is applying together, then the main applicant should include his/her spouse as a dependant on the form SET(O), and then the two will just get ILR at the same time.

Yes,this is the best option.
If not, then its SET F form and higher fee, provided leave to remain has not run out.
