Eligibility for my ILR (WP + Tier 1)

Hi All,
I have a question regarding my ILR application, I came here in Feb 2007 on a WP and later got myself switched to Tier 1 in Mar 2009.
Now I am completing my 5 years in UK with a break of 2 years with WP and the remaining 3 years with my Tier 1 Visa.
So, my question is that is it a problem for me to be eligible for ILR under Tier 1 route?
