my husband was present at the ceremony and we appointed a proxy for me since i could not travel back home being an overstayer. Proxy marraiges are legal in my country Cameroon

yes he is originally from cameroon. but holds a german pasport.
we have not yet recieved any C0A and its been six months

never mind cos we married in my country my husband came bk to uk then afta i also joined him had 6months visa but it took home office 5months to give me back my passport with the 5yrs visa but in all the 5months i never got a coa never heard from them but i never used a lawyer just applied my self. so dont worry about not having the certificate of application

They are required to issue it "immediately". If you want to work, the COA is very useful. You should feel free to call them and demand that they issue it "immediately" as required by law
