eea2 applied but lose job

hi all ..i hope that your advice can help me for my next step.......................

i applied for eea2 residence card before 3 weeks but i did not get any confirmation letter from ukba that they got my application or not.i tracked on royal mail web they shows that ukba received it...

my question is that where my e u partner working at moment when we applied there is no work now and she lose job..i dont know what can we do now?
she have to find any job fast? and tell to ukba about hange of job or
something else????

If she was made redundnant or working on a limited contract, then she continues to maintain her worker status, your application should not be accepted, and you are not required to hold a Comprehensive Sickness insurance.

her contract was temporary...now she loss job...don't know what can we do? need to find another job or something else.................please can someone tell me in details ....

You need to help yourself a little. You've demonstrated that you can use an internet forum...

Google, bing or whatever you normally do "2004/38/EC".

What don't you understand, have you looked at it? I am not trying to be unhelpful, but article 7 really is pretty clear.

article 7 is clear but don't know why i cant understand it yet but thanks to all of you ...
i will write below which documents i sent with application,,.,

2 passports...
2photos,
marriage certificate..
marriage pictures..
recent 3 months pay slip of my eu partner,
utility bills,

she did not registered as a job seeker ,,we don;t have any insurance,,,she has only european passport nothing else.....she came in uk in june 2011...
