I married my girl friend then she moved from Birmingham to Nothingham with me. during my application i had to use her payslip where she worked at Birms, cos she couldnt find work immediately at the time of application. Am worried cos its passed 6 months getting to 7,my case havent been decided when i rang the HO. Could this be possible refusal?.

If on inquiry UKBA will come to know that EEA national worker is no longer working then most likely your application will be refused or caseworker will write you to provide the current evidences of EEA partner's treaty rights.

oki thanks, but is that why it normally takes ages to decide the case, cos when i called them on the 6th month, i was told 'my case isnt decided yet. I know of some one that has gotten hers in a month

Processing time varies from case to case. But regarding timeline you can refer to thread called EEA2 APPLICATION TIMELINE. There you can gather and share experience regarding application and timeline.

I WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD RING THEM AGAIN AS THIS IS THE 7TH MONTH. COS THE LAST TIME I RANG THEM I WAS TOLD TO CARRY ON WAITING. WHY IS DECISION MAKING HARD TO REACH?

You can call to them but they won`t tell you anything. My application is being processed from 7 months and every time when I call to them I just hear wait, wait, wait. For how long? We don`t know. And that`s it.

Emily, complain. Write complains to UKBA- email you can find on their website. A good idea is to wrote to your MP. Many people wrote an email to Mr Rob Whiteman.

Record your complain in writing, don't just rely on phone calls. Send your letter recorded delivery.
