Hi all,

My wife (Chinese so non-EEA) was grated UK Entry Clearance by way of Surinder Singh application for EEU-FP in Paris.

So now we are both in UK. :)

She has a pretty visa sticker in her passport which reads as thus,

PARIS
MULTI
Valid from 18/10/13 Valid until 18/04/14
VAP No. ******
VISA EEA FP.FAMILY MEMBER TO ACC. MR G. *******.
(Then it has her name under this above text.)

Date of Birth **/**/**
Passport number G*********

VISA EEA FP.FAMILY MEMBER TO ACC. MR G. *******.
Then it has her name under this above text.

I am not sure of our next step.
As I am a UK national, she is given the right to work, but it doesn't actually say that on the visa sticker.

Do she, or should she complete the EEA2 form, and shell out £55 ?

Does some one have any valuable links to documents, that confers that she has the right to work in UK please.

GW.

@Graham Weifang, you have a number of thread going. It is helpful to try to stick to one. That said, your question has been asked many times.

Your wife can work, the directive gives her that right directly.

It is best that you apply for a residence card as soon as possible, she will receive a COA confirming her right to work on application.
