Dear All

my aunt is German national and has 2 children age 10 and 12 years old.
She is in the UK and exercising treaty rights by getting Job Seeker Allowance.

Her husband is in Germany and he is Pakistani national.
He want to come in the UK as Spouse and want to apply for EEA Family Permit.

As wife is receiving housing benefits and job seeker allowance will she be eligible to support her husband application.

Husband has enough saving to support himself in the UK
