EEA 1 AND 2 INFO .

Hello,
i am planning to apply for eea 1 for my polish national wife and eea 2 for me , tunisian national .

i am on FP , i am living in London , my FP was issued in Tunis, Tunisia in 25 october 2013 after Phone interview .

i have many question concerning the eea 1 and 2 applications.

1 - do i need to send two application form ?? (eea 1 registration certificate & eea 2 recidence permit) ??

2 - i dont understand payement method .

3 - i am going to send this documents , is this enought, good, weak ? :

- my passport
- eea national passport
- our Tunisian marriage certificate + translation
- our Polish marriage certificate + translation
- 6 months bank statments of my wife
- p 60
- last 6 month payslips
- photos together from Tunisia
- tenancy agreement
- 2 passport photos of me and 2 of my wife
- my act of birth which it stating our date of mariage and the place .
- cover letter
- HR Confirmation from the company which my wife is working for.

4 - we want to send with premium post service (prepaid for sending and recieving back)

5 - what does it mean "evidence of comprehensive sickness insurance" ??
what document is confirming this ? is it my insurance number ??

I hope that someone will help me with this , is so important and my FP will finnich soon.

yes you have to summit both application eea1 for eu citizen and eea2 for third country citizen

Your wife doesn't need to send EEA1. It would save you £55. You do need to send your wife's documents to support your application (EEA2).

No need for bank account, P60, tenancy agreement, photos together or birth certificate.

Make it simple - passports, HR letter + payslips, marriage certificate, passport size photos. The HO already acknowledged your marriage so no need to worry about that now.

so you believe that HO knows already about the case (cause i applied out side of the Uk), and they alreadyy considered my marriage as genuine as i got FP and marriage phone interview previously ??
