If you have payment queries, email them on:
NationalityHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
Provide all the details about your application and ask them to check if there has been a problem with the payment or not.
I have an issues with one of my payments to the UKBA and they didn't bother to contact me. I found out only when I email them about progress.
However, payments not being taken in the first 2 weeks is hardly a bit problem. Give them a little more time.

Hello there!
Just want to share my EEA3 application as A2 National and time line plus outcome and need advice about Appeal plz.
Application Sent 28/02/14
COA received 10/03/14 today i received my application with all the documents plus refusal letter and reasons in the refusal letters are:
● In your application you state that u were studying from Sep/2008-Sep/2009 and Jan/2010-Aug/2011 employed from Nov/09- Feb/2011 and second employment from March/2011 to the date of application.
You have not provided evidence that you have been issued a Purple Work Card and have completed 12 months legal employment with authorised employer therefore we unable to issue PR. And they give me Appeal right.

▪5 years Tenency agreements plus bills
I never applyed for Blue card after completing 12 months part time employment while i was student.

My wife was in similar situation as yours. We applied for her permanent resident EEA3 using her passport (she also have ID in her married name) which has her maiden name. We filled out the application using her married name, we included our marriage certificate. But HO issued her permanent resident card in her maiden, i guess its because we applied with her passport.

Hi, we've sent our EEA3 application on 14/02/2014
I got a letter from Home Office dated 28/02/2014 saying that they have received our application and it is waiting for consideration. Now time for the worst part.
Today is 25th of July 2014 and so far no more information from HO. We've changed our address in the meantime but informed HO about it by filling up On-line form. We are worry about what is going on. HO saying is 6 months to complete this process by them but we haven't got our Passports or any other documents back yet or any other information so far. Anybody can give us advice what we can do in this situation please. We are both EU citizens with permanent job over 8 years .
Thank you for any help /

You should definitely contact them, that period is not really acceptable considering EEA applications should be resolved "as soon as possible." I would say even anything over two months is really too long.
I have been looking at these forums for a while now and I just got my permanent residence as EEA3, and it took a grand total of 21 days from the time I have posted my application to the time I got the "Something for you" Royal Mail card. Great turnaround times from HO.
Application sent: 10/07/14
Issued: 24/07/14
Received: 30/07/14

Hi.
I know I should contact them after that long time waiting but what is the best way to do it . They really don't want to answer for any questions asked from private person

.

This webpage gives the following information.
Call the European enquiries line if you, your partner or your family member is a national of an EEA country or Switzerland.
Enquiries from European citizens
Telephone: 0300 123 2253
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
Friday, 9am to 4:30pm
Alternatively, on the letter from the Liverpool office this number is given: 0300 123 2241, although this number does not seem to be specifically for European nationals, but rather for all permanent migrants, so you should try the first number initially.
They should answer your query even if you're applying as an individual, and not through a solicitor. You shouldn't let them off too easily, ask to speak to a supervisor if the person that answers the phone can't resolve your query. If you think they may have lost your documents and applications, you should tell them this directly. At least they can't simply object and say they can't do anything, they'll have to look into it.

Posted application on the 5th of July, money was taken within a few days.
We received a letter saying they received the application etc in a week time.
Today 8th of August we received the Permanent Residence Card what dated 5th of August.
It took 5 weeks from send to receive, however I enclosed a Next Delivery envelope what they used.
Good luck everyone who is doing the process.

It depends on the situation and how you are related to the person. At the moment I am waiting for my mothers residency card and it has already taken 5 months, this because we had to appeal. Strangely enough my father received the card in 2 and half months.

Hi anyone, I live in UK since 2005, have a copy of WRS application form at home, which I filled in when I was registered with job agency and £70 fee paid in 2007. Should I have any card from HO or anything like that to send it with my EEA3 application form or can I send the WRS application form with my EEA3 form instead. I havent recieved any card from HO.
Thank you

Hello, congratulations!
Can I ask if you submitted both ID card and passport or only one of them? It's not clear if you can submit an ID card and travel with passport.
Thanks.
