Dear all
Could any one please advice about extended family member whose application refuse and appeal heated in court but judge asked for accomodation and maintenance proof will be needed in the uk to get family permit . But Eea family member is working in the Uk. So I like to know according to Eea law accomodation and maintanence must needed needed or not? I am waiting for your kind reply

You need to show evidence of dependency and proofs to show you are staying together. Is that what the judge asked at the appeal hearing?

I provided proof of dependent and proof of household membership in third country. But judge still asked about accomodation and maintanence proof in uk to get Eea family permit.so please any one advice that do I need or not accomodation and maintanance proof under Eea rules?

You will need to provide same proof in the UK. Do you have any proof of financial dependency in the UK?
