Hi, I need your advise, i applied for EEA2 after marrying EU national (Czech). We (Myself and my wife) been in Home Office (Liverpool) for interview. Now we have received a refusal letter from Home Office. They are saying, they are not satisfied with interview.

I need advise, my wife is self employed registered but she is not able to work anymore due to lack of work. I have a right to appeal now, just need to know if i apply for appeal in court and my wife go to housing and job seekers benefits due to lack of work. will these benefits affect my appeal? I don't have right to work and i loose my job as well.

Please can you advise, my wife's benefits (Housing and Job seekers) can affect my appeal. she doesn't have anymore work as self employed and looking for job again. your help will be highly appreciated...

Need advise and help will be highly appreciated...

As a job seeker EEA national still consider a qualified person and exercise her treaty rights.

Hi Sunsat,

They refused you because of your answers didn't matched or because of treaty right issues?

Appeal hearing takes time so hopefully your wife will find a job in that time.

How many questions they mentioned were wrong in the refusal letter?

Thanks!
