The Cyprus Visa Application Centre is a 'user pays' Teleperformance operation. Has anyone tried to make an EEA Family Permit application there without paying the 77 euro fee?

If you are applying for EEA family permit to come UK then it should be issued freely. You can apply online. See here.

Thanks for that Sheraz. I suppose essentially I am asking then what is a teleperformance 'user pays' application centre, as opposed to a free application centre? and whether someone on the ground has made an EEA Family Permit application recently in Cyprus and can share what their experience of the Cyprus teleperformance procedure was.

Trying to answer part of my own question I note in respect of the Prague centre -

Presumably that equates with Cyprus also, though have not found it clearly stated.

I don't find this guidance particulalry helpful -

Hiya. I did my EEAfamily permit in Cyprus last June, paid 77 but was informed that it's free and they will refund it for me.
