Help Please, Help!.

Hi Guys,

I'm Spouse of EEA National who lives and works in UK more than one year but she didn't holds UK Resident Card, Previously My EEA Family Permit refused.

Do i have chance go to Calais and get A1 Stamp if i have this documents.


1. Marriage Certificate. Original (Translated In English)
2. My Spouse Housing documents, payslips, NiN and other evidences that she lives and works in UK.

and few more questions.

Can i buy Train Tikets without UK visa Paris - London ?

or if you have some other advises of routes how to get to the UK from France.

I think you need to apply for a visa "to join an EEA citizen who is exercising treaty rights" to join you will need evidence that they are in the UK (rent agreement or letter from landlord).
Alternatively your spouse should join you in France then you apply "to accompany" you would need proof thet you will be traveling together.

A bit of a problem is your spouse should have applied for residence permit before 90 days in country.

What reason was given for your refusal?
What nationalitys are you both?

She is Latvian and I'm non - EU National.
