Hello evrybody
my ror was yesterday
as the ror application not straight forward application i have seeked assist frok this forum
Marriage lasted 6 years
lived in uk 4 years
my ex refused coopertive
sent as much as decuments i got with assist from this forum hope got it soon.

hi ,,All the best to you ..I also sent my ROR yesterday ,
Marriage lasted 3 years
lived together 2 years in UK
EX-wife treaty rights throughout 3 years of marriage plus divorce time as a worker and student
Process through lawyer, sent enough evidence with a good covering letter ,My ex is cooperating and provided me her all the orginal p60s and payslips plus 2 photographs,Hope will get ROR with out any delay and interview. As I already had one home visit and interview when I applied for my first RC,

Keep update with me mate . My case was not straight forward my ex wasnt cooprative but i have sent enought evidence with good cover letter

hi, I received an acknowledgement letter from home office today, dated 17/02/2015, £55 deducted from bank also ..

I have received COA today ,, with right to work, dated 19/02 , Ho sent my COA to my lawyer week ago ,just collected today ,,

I have submitted 3 years docs of my ex-wife treaty right untill dicorce student + worker
all payslips, contract of employment
student uni letter and csi etc
my payslips and contract of employments (jobs)
divorce cert
2 photographs of ex-wife and passport and driving lic photocopy
my passport and photographs.
have you heard anything from HO yet regarding RC? or interview?

Not yet t is just only a month now at least 3 month now to start be worry nd ask
i have requested my passport back to renew it as it gona expire in two month .
ur case straight forward as u send treaty right from dicree absliute to nisi so its only time for u

How long she been in uk ? Are u sure she was working during the divorce?

Take heart Maxmelion. Your RC will arrive when ready. I sent my ROR in on 10th January. In fact, I was worried about interview and what not. But I relaxed although visited this forum everyday for some comfort.
I received my RC last week, still in a state of disbelief.
It was so smooth and hussle free.
May God repeat this with yours too.

i sent my application on 17 feb but mine is abit hard nd not straight forward as my ex refused to help me but i had assist from the legend obie which he is a magic in tricky cases in eu law . Im waiting . Pray for me bro plz
