He Everyone, My timeline goes this way.
Came to Uk with EEA Family Permit due to expire 19/01/15
Applications Received in HO 14/01/15, COA Received with right word 22/01/15 unfortunately no company is accepting the paper because it doesn't carry any photo ID
Wife EEA Passport requested 22/03/ Received 10 days later
I called HO 3 weeks ago correspondent said eea2 case duration takes up to 6 months.
I'm so confuse because I am here in Uk doing nothing, Pls can someone advise me on what to do?
please is there anyone who applied in January that have receive Rc now?
Furthermore, I'm so worried because my wife employment will end by 20/03/15 because the company she has been working is having problem. Now she is highly searching attending different interviews but nothing has come up yet, my QUESTIONS IS SHOULD I INFORM HOME OFFICE ABOUT IT OR THEY HAVE PASS THE STAGE OF CHECKING EMPLOYMENT BY NOW? Please someone should Advise me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Applications seem to be taking on average 4 months currently, and over 6 months in a few cases which is illegal. It's hard to know whether the Home Office have already completed employment checks (usually a phone call to the workplace) and sometimes the Home Office don't bother checking, but if you're that worried, your wife could either register as a jobseeker or get comprehensive sickness insurance for all of her family to maintain a right of residence and then inform the Home Office of a change in circumstances and submit evidence of that; that is what she can do until she gets another job. However, the Home Office are a bit funny about people applying for residence cards when their EEA sponsor is a jobseeker.

Your question has been answered, not sure why you're asking again. Of course you should inform the Home Office of a change in circumstances and submit new evidence. I told you what your wife must do if she wishes to keep a right of residence in the UK after losing her job - she must do it if you wish to succeed with your residence card application. The UK can legally make you wait 6 months for your residence card to be processed and there is nothing you can do about it except wait. No one else is going to answer your question because it has already been answered.
