non-eea spouse of eea spouse visa application

Hiya everyone ive checked a lot of cases in this forum and i would like to thank all of you people for all the precious informations you all shared here.
Basically i non-eea got married last February to my wife which is aan eea member. I still have a valid student visa until next Christmas so i would like to ask you guys when would it be better for me to submit my spouse visa application to the HO and What sort of documents i could send with the application to mmake the process go smoother and maybe faster in order to get the RC ?

Also, one more question how much do we need to pay for the rc application now that theyve updated the New NHS rule?

You can apply RC any time after marriage.
For smother application you may sent the required documents which are asked in EEA application form.

May i ask how much does the application cost ?? Because i have seen a few people in this forum talking about NHS surcharhe?

hello, ur timeline already shows money has been deducted from ur account...the money deducted is the money for ur application and besides d the eea form u filled already tells u how much u going to pay for ur application...i dont think u ve got any problem as u have ur coa with right to work. all that is left is to get ur RC posted to u...
