Hi,
Can someone please advice, that if the main applicant's application of EEA2 (as partner of EU citizen) is under process, he can apply for EEA2 for family member (parent & sister) ?

Will the application of family member will have any effect on main applicant's application?

My parents are on visit visa in UK, I want to apply for them before there visit visa expires while my own application is under process, I applied in March 2015.

Please advice.
