Need help urgent

Hi All

I am new to this forum and I really need help I married to Lithuanian national in Lithuania in 2009 I lived in Lithuania until 2011 than I moved with my wife in Norway in August 2011 and worked and lived there until August 2012 than we moved in uk in August 2012 and applied for eea residence permit in October 2012 was granted after one year in October 2013 for 5 years eea family member my wife has been working since we moved in uk until today now unfortunately we have been having serious issues and we have been living sepratly and process of applying for divorce in fact she already applied divorce in Lithuania which was not granted based on we both are living in uk so judge said she has to apply divorce in uk as we both are living permanently in uk so am sure she will apply divorce in uk very soon.now question is if we get divorce than what would happen to my residence permit is there any way I could secure my visa after the divorce as I still have my visa valid until October 2018.Guys please help or give me any suggestions where I can secure my visa please.Thanks in advance.

You should be able to secure residence at the point of divorce, if she is exercising treaty rights, and ready to help you with evidence of that.

Thanks for quick reply obie I have got her payslips and p60,s until last year but I do not think she will help me in the future but I know exactly where she works what other option do I have if she does not help me?

Probably leave UK, or get the Tax office, or request it as part of the divorce Ancillary relief application.

Thanks obie.Can tax office help me with her payslips as I know exactly employer name and address?

Well they can't without her consent, they are bound by DPA.

You may be able to get the courts assistance if the matter went to court.

Ok Obie Thanks very much for your help.how about if she leave work before the divorce finalised or it would not be matter by than because I think divorce will still take few more months.

then retention will be tough.
