Hello friends
I have received biometrics on EEA-FM application along with a covering letter stating that my eligibility of working rights have been held as original marriage was not provided. I have immediately posted my marriage certificate on the day of biometrics.
How long would it take to issue eligibility of working rights?
How long usually it takes to issue visa or do home office hold EEA route visas until 23rd june decision of BREXIT?
thanks in advance for responses

Be aware, as per HO guidance you may not now get the type of COA you seek.
Anyone issued with a ‘short COA' due to their failure to submit the required evidence cannot later be issued with a 'long COA' if they submit this evidence.

Thanks for your prompt reply
All I understand from this is that HO wont issue me right to work until application is completed processed??
May I know if there is any other option to request long COA or right to work? though I have submitted original evidence of marriage with covering letter requesting right to work.
Please suggest me as I need to work. I am completely sick sitting at home.
Thanks

The guidance seems to imply you will have to wait until processing is compete & a RC is issued to you.
Perhaps you could do some volunteering or charity work while you wait?

Did you provide a photocopy of your marriage certificate instead?
