When were you granted RoR?
My understanding is your ex-spouse's status and activity doesn't matter after that.
Once you have RoR its all about your subsequent activity in UK.

You previously wrote 'late register for NI payment'. As your wife was required to register her self-employment within 3 months, this may cause a problem with confirmation of your ROR. NI = National Insurance. What about the self-assessment tax returns and tax due from 2014-2016?

Do you have Self ASsememt forms + tax calculation with evidence of tax payment for financial year ended April 2014 and April 2015. And then invoices from April 2015 till date of divorce? Do you also have evidence NI payments for these periods till divorce?
Yes I read your ex wife registered late. But if the self assessments and taxes have been completed and paid and NI payment upto date, I don't see why that will be a problem. Remeber to provide evidence to show the business is genuine.
Do you have invoices issued to customers an

Has all the tax been paid? You've failed to confirm this.

Tax is separate to NI.

Yeah true but it's more then 3 month you have to pay the penalties which she paid and NI is paid as well and also 7k earning is tax free so she not paid any tax because it's tax free
Only the problem is she rigester self employed late which I said 2 year after and also paid the NI bill in Feb 2016 which shows the date on HMRC bills .
Only my question is late rigester as a self employed make any issue in application or not ?
Will got your reply soon with thanks
