Hello Folks i just thought of sharing my PR (ROR) timelime though i kept believing and trusting in God Almighty,
Previously==
I applied for PR in 16/5/2015
Biometric 01/6/2015
COA Dated 9/6/2015
Refused 28/11/2015. dated 26/11/2015
Reason...... Please seach for my previouse post about my PR refusal,

I got encouraged and advice from Obie, he asked me to Appeal, send a reconsideration and if possible re-apply,
Reconsideration sent on the 01/12/2015,
Appeal sent 03/12/2015 (via onlinepayment taken),
Reconsideration refused on the 07/12/2015 caseworker said i did'nt provide the documents at the initial stage ( bloody liar).

* New Application sent = 11/12/2015, ( With bundles of documents )
* Biometric = done 05/01/2016 ( dated 30/12/2015 ),
* COA = 16/01/2016
* Additional documents sent to HO 10/01/2016 & 02/05/2016,
* PR Biometric recieved = 07/06/2016 ( dated 03/06/2016) via DX Delivery Guy
* PR letters and documens recieved = 07/06/2016

I applied for PR on the basis of ROR i have retained my right in july 2014 and was issued another 5 years in 2014,
i sent bundles of documents of myself and ex spouse for this PR which cost 40 pounds to send and also include a returned envelope which i used in tracking.

A very BIG thank you to OBIE and other kind members of this great forum for your help and surport, may the Almighty God bless you all and for those that are still waiting you will recieve goodnews soon, please keep believing and keep recieving.

Now i am thinking of how to get my money back from the Appeal court, i have not been giving a hearing date yet, i think it will best to ask them to refund my money back,
Please has anyone got any clue on how to request a refund money back from Appeal court???

@favour100 .. Just one question please .. Is the child benefit was on your name while you still with your ex eu spouse pls.. Bcs am getting it on my name aswel and I dnt knw if it wil have effect on PR application please .. Urgent

Thanks for sharing your case with us . Could you please elaborate a bit more about why you were rejected the first time ? ( I am kind of in the same boat as you , I also retained my eea right and will apply for PR soon) . I would really appreciate if you could give me some insight . Thanks.

Hey Jane, my previous Pr was refused due to insufficient documents stated by the case worker though it was all provided, I appeal the decision n same time made a fresh application addressing all the mistakes made by the case worker and also provided all the documents of myself and that of my ex spouse, before marriage, during marriage, before divorce and after divorce. Loads of documents which cost at least £35 to post. Because I don't want any excuses from them this time ( it might sound foolish but for me to be on a safer side), afterwards I kept sending in my payslip banks statement etc twice I did that. So luckily God Almighty being faithful my Pr was issued.
All the help and advice came from this forum especially from Obie he was there to encourage me, hope this me.

Does your PR(ror) card look exactly the same with normal PR or it says Ror on your card as well??
