Has any February applicant received their PR yet?

My mate who submitted his application on February 1st received his PR yesterday.

My PR application for eea and non eea under durable relationship was received by HO on the 09/02/2016 got coa with right to work dated the 02/03/2016 think it arrived on the 6/03/2016 . Since then no update .
It would be 6months on the 09/08/2016 and still no updates

U people will have to wait for 1 or 2 week

Hi everyone! I'm non-EU spouse of EEA citizen who is working full-time here. This is my timeline :

Application sent - 12/02
Received by HO - 15/02
COA - 29/02 (unable to confirm right of work..)
Biometric letter - 18/03
Biometric Completed - 24/03
Request Form for Passports Returned - 23/05
Progress Request Form Sent - 9/06
2nd Progress Request Form Sent - 15/06
Email sent to request Passports - 20/06 (email address - lnc22rodsinbox@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk)
Passport returned - 24/06
RC - ??

I did need my passport to travel with my husband to France in June, so I got it back just in time. When coming back on the EuroStar, I did need to show them my COA & the letter that came with the passport return (they had to make some phone calls & then gave me a stamp in my passport good for 6 months in the UK -- at least I can travel while waiting for this!). So if you're thinking of traveling, bring all the documentation that you have on hand & let them know your application is being processed. Hopefully we'll start seeing good news soon!

I found your response very helpful as I am about to put my application in for EEA RC before my Tier 5 YMV expires. I am non EEA but my husband is Spanish passport holder, working and living in the UK.

I have a query regarding requesting passports back in case on an emergency etc

Does requesting passports back affect your application? I have just seen numerous answers and im not too sure. I think its more for peace of mind that it is possible to request your passport back.

Also, you stated that your COA - unable to confirm right of work? - so does that mean you are unable to work while you RC is being processed?

Hi All,

Finally some good news today. I have collected by documents and PR card today from my solicitor.

Here my timelines -
Application posted: 03/02/16
Application received: 04/02/16
Payment taken:09/02/16
Biometric done and sent: 01/03/16
COA letter received: 11/03/16 (dated 05/03/16)
Documents recieved - 03/08/2016
PR card recieved - 04/08/2016 (dated 01/08/2016).

Processing time - 6 months exactly but seems to be increasing slowly due to referendum result.

What a big relief!!! Now I can sleep peacefully for next couple of weeks.

I have applied based on my spouse employment, Self-employed as Limited Company and full-time uni student and I have kept every possible supporting documents on this earth. Happy to help with any questions in future. I would suggest just follow the supporting documents guidlines which comes with the application.

I have received my docs with a letter approving my pr , but I am yet to get the actual card . Received docs plus letter dated the 03/08/2016 but yet to get the card . I know they said it would be here within 10 w/days but I have been working and my family went on holiday , I was thinking that that if am not around they would drop a note to contact them .

I need some help people who have received their PR cards can you please tell me what exactly does the letter home-office send with supporting documents say about PR CARD on the way in next 10days..... does it specifically say PR CARD or does it say Residence Card ???? they send me another Residence card after 6 months wait... and I qualified/acquired (for) PR. please guys this little detail can give me hope as to whats going on with my case so please make the effort to read your letter and update here for the benefit of all who use this forum many thanks.

So finally I received decision of my application. Now waiting for PR Card according to letter within 10 days.
It was slow process to wait for this but I put my mind in changing job and travel.
This website was very helpful all these days.
I wish Good Luck to all those who waiting for their decisions.
