Guidance on Proxy marriage

Hi Obi and noajthan,Why are they still using Kareem and TA on proxy marriages when there's another case of Cudjoe (Proxy marriages: burden of proof) [2016] UKUT 00180 (IAC)

Dnt really knw Obi,just because when I go through the new guidance and I saw it, dnt knw it's not suppose to be on this section.

Kareem is still a good law. There is no conflict between Kareem and Cudjoe. They deal with different things.

Kareem address the principle regarding to recognition to proxy marriages, whiles Cudjoe deals with how someone can prove a legal and valid marriage had been been undertaken.

Thanks obi, so someone can proof either of the two to makeGood case? And what about those that have been granted RC prior to the case law
