Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if anyone knows how long it takes to get an answer about a reconsideration request of EEA2 applications , and does the home office inform you that they accepted or rejected to reconsider your application or not after receiving a reconsideration request of an EEA2 application refusal, and what's the responding time?
12 september 2016 : RC refusal
14 september 2016 : reconsideration request sent to HO
17 September 2016 : submitted a new EEA2 application
10 october 2016 : biometric letter received
10 october 2016 : biometric enrolled
18 november 2016 : request of a certificate of application sent to HO
And i haven't received any answer concerning the reconsideration or the COA untill now

There's no guaranteed response. From what I've read hear, some people received a reply in 1 week. Others after 1 month. Others never received any reply.

I received mine after 4 months. They refused my reconsideration request.

That I didn't provide the evidence and the proofs that my wife is exercising her treaty rights because there wasn't any contact number in the payslips that we sent them , but they didn't see that the work contract that we sent has all the contact information they need to check the employment,
and when they send me back my documents they didn't send us the work contract wich we have sent with a recorded delivery .
