lm a Turkish national
lm family member of eea national.
Married since 2008
Came to live and join spouse january 2012 with eea family permit valid 6 month
l start work February 2012 since today no gap
Got residents card September 2012 for 5 years
Than
When l have to apply pr application?
1.do l need to wait expiry my residence card September 2017
2.or February 2012 till February 2017 5 years qualifications years end
Do l need apply now or wait September? Please help

you working is not important . is your eea family member hold PR ?
its all about the eea national (sponsor) .she or he must be qualifed person for
the 5 years period . you have to prove that your family member (eea national) was exercising treaty rights.

1-you came here with family permit in jan 2012 so your clock started jan 2012 + 5years jan 2017 you dont have to wait september , you can apply now

2-any 5 years from your eea famiily member befor or after you arrived to uk .
