I hope now I am not alone ..
I went on the link that shows my status under EU Settlement Scheme but it is not working from day 1
I only see error message . Complained to EU Settlement Scheme but they don’t know . I tried / Apple Mac / windows error everywhere is same
Visa officer at Polish consulate can not check my status online during interview . Now worried about Schengen Visa ( I have settled status )
Error I get :

Did you follow the link that HO sent you with settled status granted?

Yes I did
I also checked the link right to work and it shows temporary not available

No to worry then. It's just technical issue on their site.

Gentlemen,
Don't worry at all. This is just technical issue or even if it isn't. Your BRC or Email is your proof.
Relax.

It’s working for us. He was granted pre settled status on the 31 July . We didn’t know about it. I was checking view and prove status link and suddenly his photo appeared on the page stating he was granted pre settled status . We found out even before we received his documents or card .
So yes it’s working .

Na it doesn't work anymore. Stopped working 2 weeks ago. I am writing to my MP on Monday. I asked Home Office via FREEDOM OF INFORMATION request they completely deny that they have issue. They said it's working for everybody but I know it's not working. So I will complain to the Home office via my MP

i called them and they informed its technical issue from their side, also they informed me about employer checkin service which allow any employer to check your rights

I have similar problem.
I am non Eu. Applied for settled status 23.06. Biometric 12.07. COA received 19.07
Settled status received 19.07. BRC received few days ago. 26 of July I decided to check my status online. It's show me : We cannot find your status. If you have already received settled status please contact the EUSettlement resolution center. I called them 26.07. They told me technical team will call me in 5 days. Nobody calls me. But I received SMS from GOVUK : "We are sorry that you have encountered difficulties when making an application through the EU Settlement Scheme. Once this issue has been rectified , we will contact you with an update". I tried to check online status this morning. Still same: We cannot find your status. I log in to my application I can see all my answers. BUT also it says : "You now need to book your biometric appointment. We cannot start your application until you have given your biometric information." ???
BUT I already received my settled status and biometric card.

I called to resolution center last Thursday again. They told me not to worry because this technical issue can take months to fix. They said I will receive weekly SMS with updates. So last Friday I received same message :
sorry that you have encountered difficulties when making an application through the EU Settlement Scheme. Once this issue has been rectified , we will contact you with an update". We need just wait.

I called to resolution center last Thursday again. They told me not to worry because this technical issue can take months to fix. They said I will receive weekly SMS with updates. So last Friday I received same message :

It looks like The only way to follow up the process is to call them once a week or so. At least over phone they give information about if CoA is issued, or passports returned etc.

Hello.
Just want update. " View and prove your rights in the UK" start working. I can't check my status around 1 months. It was showing " We can't find your status". But from last Friday I can see my status online.
I hope it works for everyone.

It still doesn’t work for me. It says the detailed I entered don’t match with their records...

can you try both RC and passport
I don’t have RC. I applied to PSS Lounes Case via paper application.

You can only see your status there if your application is approved .. My application was approved in July 2019 but online it was showing my application still under consideration for more then 1 month.

Thanks, this is what I thought as well. But in my case it only says that the information I give doesn’t match with the details they have. It looks like my information isn’t in their system. Currently I am only able to get information through resolution centre, which you can imagine is not the easiest way.

It shows only the “result” of the application.
Not how the process going on.
This is what I was told from HO. So this website is pretty useless if you want to follow up your application.
The only way to follow is the direct phone call to HO SS Resolution Centre.
