EEA FP delaying issue

Hello
Could anyone please help me?
How can i get back my passport from embassy. Its more than 1 month but still on same tracking position.
How can i get back my passport as soon as possible?

I think something is going on with these applications. At least you have tracking number. The only thing I have is an email that it is not in Uk
I am as well waiting for a month now
Did you try writing a complain?

I was able to get my passport for a couple of days to use it to renew something. I messaged TLSContact.

Yes i complained before 2 days but still nothing. I got 1 email that's auto reply. It was written we will contact you in 20 working days.

Did you receive an email from the VAC with the tracking number?
