please can someone tell me /advise me if it is normal for eea residence card to be issue on a paper.
for i am a little confuse ,cause they have my passport which is due to expire.next year but they did not put it on the passport.

The HO have started a new trend of issuing RC on A4 paper, this was generally done if the applicants had asked for their passports to be sent back for some reason after making the appliations. One reason could be that your passport is expiring....
