EEA2 RC CARD AND CANADIAN IMMIGRATION

Hi there,
i have RC CARD as an EEA2.My wife is an EEA national and we want to immigrate to canada.What is the best route and how can we do it Even my wife is from Hungary and canada allows visa free entry to Hungarian Citizen for visit.

This is nothing to do with rules in the EU.

Canada is not a EEA country as you might know, and the routes for EEA citizens are exactly the same as for citizens of Uganda or India.

Read official Canadian websites describing rules and procedures for immigration programs. Canada has quite a number of immigration programs. Except for federal one each of ten provinces has ITS OWN. The requirements and procedure differ and no one can possibly know which one is best for you.

Remember that since your wife is an EU citizen, movement to any EU/EEA member state is very easy. She and you can basically move to work at will.
