Similar to other types of visas, it is helpful to have an idea of the current waiting and processing times for GTV. There was a topic in this forum on stage 2 timeline, but it is now locked for some reason.
Here I share my timeline with GTV:
Global Talent Visa (switching from Tier 2 - main applicant only)
Route: UKRI (route 3, endorsed funder fast track)
Location: In-country
Stage 1:
Submission: 28 April 2021
URN assigned: 29 April 2021
Decision: endorsed, 5 May 2021 (3-4 working days)
Stage 2:
Submission: 5 May 2021
Service: Standard
Biometrics: 1 June 2021 (free standard appointment, Birmingham (New))
Decision: TBC
Delivery of BRP: TBC
