I applied on Nov 14th, fees debited the same time as yours, still no response. They normally suggest 6 months for an application like this, so I have not called them or emailed them yet, hopefully they will process it in due course.
I'd say ignore it and get on with life, and before you know there will be a letter in the mail.
Congrats. When was your approval dated?Kiwi65 wrote:Eligibility criteria: 14yr incl 7yr ILR
Method of application: immigration lawyer 03/12/13
Date of receipt by UKBA:
Date of debit of fees: 24/01/14
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: none
Date of receipt of approval: 05/03/14
Date of Ceremony: ASAP
approved today, I have been watching this board for a couple of weeks, and if I'm honest it has actually made me a little impatient when you see approved, approved etc,
I was told it would take 6 months and than that's what I expected- my advice to people waiting, relax carry on with life as normal and let the "process" take it's course
Good luck to those waiting, and for me it's nearly time when I will only need one passport to travel with

From 28 October 2013, applicants in both categories will be required to pass the Life in the UK Test and to hold a B1 (intermediate) level English language speaking and listening qualification. This change will strengthen the citizenship process, replacing the current system which requires applicants to sit either the life in the UK test or show language progression from one English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) level to the next, but not both.
I believe the reason is they huge amount of applications in pending. When they dealt your application they found English document missing.alnuaimiuk wrote:I know this one bro but im annoyed coz they didnt ask for it before its almost the fifth month nowfarrukhnizam wrote:Ref:alnuaimiuk wrote:applied on the 28-oct and look at this now![]()
