ILR query for Tier2 ICT visa

Hi,

I have read FAQs and various queries in this forum for ILR eligibility for Tier 2 ICT visa. And Based on that i worked out the split of number days gap for each year and think i can be eligible for ILR on 19th April. Detailed split given below. Year Gap
Year 1 (19-Apr-14 20-Apr-13) 0 day
Year 2 (19-Apr-13 20-Apr-12 ) 177 days
Year 3 (19-Apr-12 20-Apr-11) 33 days
Year 4 (19-Apr-11 20-Apr-10) 13 days
Year 5 (19-Apr-10 20-Apr-09) 155 days
Year 6 (19-Apr-09 20-Apr-08 9 days

I understand i can apply for an application ILR 28 days in advance from eligibility date. Please can you advise if i can take appointment on 24th March 2014. The reason for asking if i take an appointment on 24th March then case worker should not calculate gaps for each year from 24th March as with this i will have more then 180 days in year2. Please advise when should i take an appointment?

You have been lived here for more than 5 years from entry date and you have adjsuted dates to avoid 180 days rule.
I suggest you apply on or after 19th april to avoid any confusion regarding abscence calculation unless you have a very strong reason where you can't wait .

Thanks DK2011 for your response. I can wait until 19th April but as i understand every year on 6th April UKBA make some amendments to immigration policies and don't know if any new policy impact my eligibility post 6th april.

wondering if i book an appointment on 24th March for 19th april then will my application be considered under the rules prior to 6th april 2014? Please suggest.

UKBA have proposed a new fee structure from 6th april and that shouln't be criteria to rush application . As of now , i'm not aware of any immigration rule changes from 6th april . Normally they publish much in advance .
Does any one know if there are changes in immgration rule from 6th april 2014 ?

Thanks DK2011 for input. I have decided to apply for ILR post 19th April. I have got couple of queries in the SET(O) form,

Appreciate if you could suggest on this please?

1) Section 6.2, please could you advise if i can mention the date (Enter and Left UK) where i had continious 210 days gap though i am splitting these 210 days in 2 years ( each 12 months) which will show less then 180 days in each 12 month period from the date of application. Do i have to show the split or can mention the full 210 days gap by giving from to to date.

2) Section 7.11 : There is question, "Please provide the details of any period of absence of more than 6 months during the time i lived in UK". Please confirm if i need to mention 210 days gap??
