50K in business account

Hi friends
Can not we put 50k money in Business account. what can be issue. Or What are discrepancies.
I need to use Business account, as my Business partner is Already British national.
Or If I put 50k In my personal account, what questions UKBA can raise. (As He is funding 25k).
What kind of legal document I need to make for this funding.
Your guidance will be appreciated.

I'm not an expert or adviser. I'm also in process to apply for entrepreneur visa. But to be very honest you need 50k in you personal account not in business account. If you search this forum then you can find plenty of refusals on this basis.

Hi Qasar,

If you show the funds in your business account, 90% chances are that you will receive a refusal. Although it is allowed, caseworkers misinterpret the rules and guidance, and therefore refuse the application. Please refer to the following thread:

As I mentioned to you qasar that British person can not be your partner until unless you have fully access to £50. Because he does not need any visa. Second do not show money in to your business account simply get into your personal OR make a new company & get his personal statement as a 3rd party. Hope you will understand this time.
