Thanks a lot Amber, that was really very helpful. Just to re-affirm only if one of the parent was british that would suffice my child to be british by descent, its not deemed necessary for both the parents to be british correct?Amber_ wrote:If you were naturalised before the child was born and that child was born abroad s(he) would be British by descent.
