@Kaff - Your assumptions can be considered when you recruit someone, but HO cannot go to that level since they don have bandwidth to do such verification untill they decide to squeeze some doubtful applciation.
@raji_123 - Verification of employer will not be done for all the cases, am sure from this forum you can pick only 2/3 cases which are verified with employer for initial approval. Also present the employer details as atomic as you can.So HO wil not find any grey information to verify that further.
Above all, if the docs are genuine/authentic let HO do any level of verification & mean time you can sit stretching you legs in the balcony with a beer
