GDL course duration and dependant

Hello everyone,
I just want to know if one can sponsor a dependant with GDL Law course with 10 months duration at a government University.

does your dependent already have tier 4 dependent leave?

Thanks greenie, she came june 2011 as a student dependant. Now she depends on my post study visa, which will expire in the last quarter of this year. I don't really know if exemption(professional courses, including Law conversion courses) applies in this regard

If you are switching from psw/psw dependent then she will only qualify for tier 4 dependent leave if you are studying a nqf level 7 or higher level course that is 12months or longer at an HEI. As the course is only 10 months she won't qualify. (This Is assuming you are not government sponsored)
