ILR query..

Dear forum members,
I came to uk on 2nd may 2004, my passport was stamped on 2nd april 2004. can i apply for ILR on 3rd april 2009 ?

On what basis are you in the UK? That is, what type of visa do you have? And when does your current visa expire?

Hi john,
I am on HSMP visa here in UK.
My visa expies in paril 08, then will get it extended for another one year.
So in all the visa will be issued for 5 years, but just a small question, since i came a month after my visa was stamped will i get a ILR.

Yes you can apply after 4 years and 11 months considering you meet all the requirements for ILR
