undocumented african asylum seeker maried to a norwegian.

hi everybody!
i am an undocumented asylum seeker from ex zaire who got maried two months ago with a norwegian,we have already submited a familly reunification application and we are waiting now for the answer of the immigration services.
but i have many procupations:
1-)does the fact that i have no documents might compromise our application?
2-)the new norwegian law on our case means that i should go back to my country and apply the familly reunification from there,but i can't go back to my country because of eventual emprisonement or even death,so will the immigration services consider that and let me stay while we wait for an answer?

3-)if my asylum application is turned down and they ask me to leave the country,will they consider the fact that i have now a norwegian wife and a step son?
