Post by Ayaz Khan Khalil » Wed Jul 09, 2014 8:06 pm

Very Very Urgent Please Any Member Moderator any one please i need Advice.

Hi All,
My wife is with me in Uk since 2008 I have applied for my wife FLRM by post but now realise that i made a big mistake while filling the form i filled section 7A, while it clearly states on application that,

SECTION 7A - FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT
If you were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner following an application made before the 9th July 2012 you are not required to complete section 7A,Proceed to 7B MAINTENANCE.

So my question is that what will happen now will my wife application will be refused, i went to see one the solicitor today and he told me that Case worker may also think that i try to deceive him , I am very very worried now to what will happen to our application please advice me i will be very thankful, Amber, Viny or Any Moderator any Guru any Member waiting desperately for your reply.

You've completed the correct section, assuming you applied after 6 April 2014 and you're a long residence applicant.

Hi Amber thank you very much for your reply I really appreciate it,
I Applied on Monday 7th July 2014 for my wife, i got my ILR on 10 Year base, but the form clearly states that do not need to fill 7A due to july 2012 rules. Although i have attached last 12 months pay slip Bank statements & p.60 which clearly shows that i am earning way more then £ 18600 required.
But will the case worker think we try to deceive him by filling 7A when it is not required.

7A is correct, I'm afraid.

Dear Amber , thank you very much for your reply I really appreciate it,
Me and wife was very very worried since we send our Application on Monday she pointed out to me about 7A , so yesterday i went to see Solicitors in Southall ( i was also charge £ 25 only for consultation) and was told by the solicitor that this might come under deception and will be refuse O brother since then my life was a hell. Let me just give u some brief history of our case.

I Applied for FLRM on Monday 7th July 2014 for my wife, i got my ILR in April 2014 on 10 Year base, but the form clearly states that do not need to fill 7A due to july 2012 rules. Although i have attached last 12 months pay slip Bank statements & p.60 which clearly shows that i am earning way more then £ 18600 required.

The solicitor was incorrect and to say deception is just stupid. I'm glad you only wasted £25.
