ILR COHABITATION CHECKLIST(IMPORTANT QUESTION)

Hello,

Since this is the first time I am using this form I am very much hoping that somebody can help me out

My wife and my self are applying for ILR IN THIS MONTH

For cohabitation I have one important question which may be useful for other members as well in future

if you are living in the property where you are paying rent all inclusive of bills and council tax , WHAT DOCUMENTS CAN I SHOW IN COHABITATION WHICH CAN VALIDATE MY COHABITATION PROOF

Bank statements, GP letters, phone bills etc...

You need to prove someway that you are your wife are living together in the same address. For that you can provide:

1. Letter from NHS stating your addresses (past/present) - I think they charge £17 for this service;
2. Council tax bill - joint names of past 2 years;
3. Bank statements of past 2 years containing your address with joint names. If the account is not joint then individual respective statements should be provided which will show common / same address for both of you.
4. Show proof of all activities done by you in past 2 years - by giving proof in the form of documents such as mobile phone invoices, NHS letters, any work related certificates or any set of bills received in past 2 years - possibly for every month;
5. Show proof of all activities done by your wife in past 2 years - by giving proof in the form of documents such as mobile phone invoices, any certificates, NHS letters or any set of bills received in past 2 years - possibly for every month;

In summary you need to make sure that they are going to follow a matrix as shown below:
