Re-applying for EEA3 please help

Post by Viktoria27 » Mon Jul 14, 2014 2:04 pm

Hello members,

I'm applying for EEA3 again after been refused due to insufficient number of transaction on bank statement and being in receipt of working tax credits (£7/week)

Can please someone advise me what shall i write in cover letter and what documents to include not to be refused again?

Last time we submitted 3 years of payslips, bank statements of my non EEA husband ( and 6 months in both names) my ISA bank account statements and my husbands proof of income (tax returns) for time as self-sufficient and 2 enrollment letters for time as student.

I would appreciate any advises and help with cover letter. We are so fed up with HO and wanna make sure we do everything right so the application don't get refused again.
Regards

What about comprehensive sickness Insurance as u need to have it if u at really on self sufficiency and student as a means of treaty rights. Did. They actually reject u for receiving tax credits? Are self sufficient EU citizens barred from receiving tax credit? Maybe more experienced moderators can shed more light on this
