Hi All
i wonder if someone can answer these questions

what changes has taken place for dependents, do they have to be in UK with main applicant (10 year route) for more the 5 year or can They apply without any time constraint and is it compulsory to change the status of dependent within 28 days of receiving 10 year long residence ilr even if they have a valid leave to remain left
if someone can answer these queries i would be grateful

I'm in the process of filling the set(lr) form July 2014 version. In section 5, there are two declarations to sign. Does the 2nd declaration need to be signed if you don't have any joint account or neither are you sending any billings or bank account details? Looking forward to your answers.

I had applied for my wife's FLR M on 03 April 2014 while my ILR on 10 years basis were being considered. I have received my ILR recently and just received my wife's FLR M passport, documents and home office letter back.
It does not say anything about approved or reject but I assume it is approved because there is no rejection letter. In the home office letter it says you can apply ILR after 2 years but I believe these are standard letters to every one for just guidance. I have phoned to DX courier to find out if there is any delivery for us and they said no.

What do u thing Is it approved and if so how long is the visa?
We are desperately praying for 2 years visa as my wife was pre july 2012 pbs dependant and we applied before 6 april 2014 before fm appendix kicks in.

Please guide

Hello you only need to sign the section that belongs to you. You are not required to send any bank statements if you have all your previous passports containing all your previous Visas

Called HO today, same reply in progress , HO will contact you in due course, I varied my application on 4th March, so assuming they taking it as March application

I also varied my application in march and still waiting..what number did you call ? did you got fees of your original application back after you varied your application?

HI, Got my fee back for flro , but i paid set lr fee difference only , but they refunded my flro fee and requested to pay back again, which i did in March through cheque, but payment was taken out on 21st may. 0300123 2241.

I did not got my fees back so i rung HO today and she took my details and said they will ask someone to ring me back and about application she said its with case worker ..

I switched from entrepreneur which was rejected initially and went for appeal and decision was reversed and judge ask them to make fresh decision but instead of waiting for it i went to vary application on 10 years which was wrong because as soon as i varied my application my other partner of entrepreneur got his passport back with visa. Its been two years since my passport/document are with them

Hopefully they dont take long in our cases which are bit complicated to the rest of the guys. It seem most people who did their biometric in march got their visa

Just rang to the HO . A bit unusual reply said your packet has been dispatched yesterday. and provided me a Tracking Number as well. But that tracking number not showing any details yet.

I am bit confused now . hopefully good news on the way...In Sha Allah

My case was very complicated i was on section 3c and 3d since March 2012.. But Allhumdulliah I got visa after 28 months. First i was on appeal of PSW since March 2012 then i appealed and lost my appeal First tier tribunal and upper Tier tribunal. Then i put my case to COA and when my ten years completed i withdrawn my appeal and put fresh application of ILR and Allhmdulliah i got today.

Biometric Card recieved today Dated 18 July 2014
Documents Still waiting.

Yes they have provided me the reference number too but it wasn't showing anything so you no need to worry about.
