can anyone advice please?
Regards to your wife, you are right she need to apply for FLR(M) before 15th August. With that application you need to send them a covering letter explaining that the Home Office should put her application on hold until they reach final decision on your application, because she is your dependent and you are her sponsor. I hope it help. All the best with your and your Mrs applications.

Yes you are right, you have to show evidence that you are earning £18600. In addition you have to show either 6 documents in joint names of you and your Mrs or 12 documents in total if it is in individual names. Could be bank statements, utility bills, tenancy agreement, tax office letters, medical records any official correspondence. I hope it helps.all the best.

Hi redrosekhan,redrosekhan wrote:hello every one
three question i recieved my papers back still waiting for my biomatric.
1) the letter which i received from home office today its only say i am retuning your documents and you will receive your bio metric card with in 7 days ............ it doesnt say anywhere that you got Indefinite leave to remain or any thing else.guys who already revived letters from home office is that what you received ???
2)all my kids born in uk can i apply for British registration or i have to wait until my mrs get ilr??
3) my mrs is living in uk as my dependent since 2006 continuously.she was my dependent on tier 4 for 2 years psw 2 years and Tier1 3 years so does it mean she has completed the require period for ilr which is 2 or 5 years can she apply straight away for ilr now?

thanks so much shahjee.
how they are calculating our salary? At the moment im on £300 p/w wage and she is on maternity leave and getting £136 p/w from job centre but she has contract like me after her maternity leave £300 p/w.
also my p60 was 20k for last year.
does it cover 18600?
Are they going to give her 2or 2.5 years? And can I apply ilr for straight away or do I have to wait 5 years? She has been here 7 yeras.

Adeo wrote:This forum has been helpful. I still continue seeking help from it. I was going through some of the posts where people said that spouse has to complete 5 years route in order to get ILR from now on.
To my understanding, We could apply for ILR right after getting FLR(m) if spouse came to The UK before July 2012. It was also mentioned in Home Office's guidelines on its website.
Amber also created a thread in regards to this rule being changed. Can someone please shed some light on it? When did this rule come into effect?
Thanks in advance.
